Columbia River Mental Health Services needed an annual report to not only give financial information to the community, but also to generate greater understanding of mental health issues and support for the agency.

We created a report that tells success stories of clients who have been helped by CRMHS and describes the programs that provide the help. The report gives highlights of the year, and one section focuses on the need for more volunteers and the specific help that’s needed.

The report was designed to allow for the cover to be used alone as a pocket folder, and 2,000 extra copies of just the cover were printed. The folder is used for all grant proposals, volunteer recruitment information, and training seminar materials.
