When the Bremerton Housing Authority (BHA) wanted the community to know about their services and why those services are important to BHA residents and the entire region, they contacted us. We create their annual reports, focusing on telling their success stories, how BHA contributes to the livability of the community and makes a positive difference in the lives of people in their programs.
BHA also provides management services for small housing authorities in Washington and contract management services for HUD in four states. For these programs, we’ve created smaller reports that can be distributed separately, as well as a pocket folder to hold all of the reports when they need to be distributed together.
The BHA reports have been so useful in raising awareness that one year the Housing Authority reprinted them to use more widely in the community. We also created a poster that has been so successful in Washington, that we were asked to make versions for Hawaii, Nebraska, and Utah.
